Websites are indispensable for interaction between organizations and users. An easy and intuitive design enhances the experience. Heuristic evaluation allows us to identify usability problems and is usually done in the implementation phase, which limits correcting errors identified by the user. The objective of this work is to compare in the production stage the perception of the usability of a website between students in the technology area with non-expert users. A non-probabilistic quantitative methodology was used with a survey with Likert-type questions. The results obtained determined that the website has a good level of usability in design, navigation structure, labeling and multimedia elements, while searches and help do not. Usability varies between groups of students in general and language aspects, with no differences in other dimensions.

摘要
