Physical Education is considered a discipline that is a fundamental part of the school curriculum, with the implication of developing intercultural competencies by incorporating the recognition and appreciation of all the cultures present in the school. The objective of this research was to analyze the scientific production related to Intercultural Physical Education indexed in the main international databases. The method followed a quantitative approach with a descriptive scope, and the study focused on all articles and reviews related to Intercultural Physical Education indexed in the Web of Science, Scopus, and SciELO databases up to 2023. The results show a progressive increase in research on the relationship between Physical Education and Intercultural Education in recent years. It was concluded that, although this line of work is recent, incipient, and still being consolidated, it reflects the interest of some authors in understanding the impact of Physical Education from an intercultural perspective. On the other hand, it also reflects a lack of interest and awareness in this specific area.
