In this chapter we present some basic numerical tools and the corresponding computer codes to solve simple problems in quantum mechanics. The adopted computational language is Fortran, one of the oldest and most mature language used in scientific programing. We assume that the reader has, or can acquire, some familiarity in Fortran programming, and has access to the LAPACK linear algebraic package. We present the codes in the most simple form and delegate plotting to independent software tools.

摘要

In this chapter we present some basic numerical tools and the corresponding computer codes to solve simple problems in quantum mechanics. The adopted computational language is Fortran, one of the oldest and most mature language used in scientific programing. We assume that the reader has, or can acquire, some familiarity in Fortran programming, and has access to the LAPACK linear algebraic package. We present the codes in the most simple form and delegate plotting to independent software tools.
