Digital Interventions for Improving Mental Health and Well-Being in Young People
摘要
Digital Mental Health Interventions (DMHIs) are becoming increasingly popular in the field of mental health services. They offer young people the ability to monitor and manage health-related issues beyond the scope of traditional face-to-face healthcare. Various digital interventions, including computerized cognitive behavioral therapy (cCBT) and digital video gaming, have been studied for their benefits in treatment. Additionally, the blended approach, which combines both face-to-face and digital therapy, has been explored as a promising therapeutic method. Most programs report findings that support clinical benefits for various mental health issues. However, recommendations for further research are often highlighted, particularly concerning young people with severe mental disorders, the personalization of interventions, access for vulnerable populations, and cost-effectiveness. Digital interventions are transforming the field of therapy and prevention.
