Nonlinear Wave Phenomena in Laser Plasma Interaction
摘要
In the laser fusion, targets are irradiated by laser pulses with typical intensity and pulse duration of \(I_{L} = 10^{15} \,{\text{W}}/{\text{cm}}^{2}\) and a few nano-second, respectively. When the intense laser pulse propagates in a long-scale, non-uniform, hot corona plasma, various nonlinear wave phenomena take place in various density regions. In this chapter, the nonlinear wave phenomena of laser-plasma interaction are described.
