With the rise of artificial intelligence in the healthcare domain, telehealth is proving to be an invaluable tool for diagnosis, treatment, follow-up care, and health monitoring. Telehealth provides a simple and accessible solution for patients, particularly those living in rural or underserved regions, to consult with healthcare professionals and receive care. However, the exchange of sensitive health information in these digital environments raises serious concerns about data privacy, confidentiality, and integrity. This research investigates the application of blockchain technology to secure health data within telehealth systems, highlighting its key features and advantages. We propose a blockchain-based ecosystem designed to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and controlled access.
