Tourism has changed as a result of the quick growth of Integrated Communication Technology (ICT), which has an impact on how tourists organize, enjoy, and share their trips. The link between ICT platforms and the tourism experience is examined in this study utilizing the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) paradigm, with an emphasis on important variables including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and habit. Purposive sampling was used to approach 230 visitors who were visiting Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, one of the largest Dunia Fantasi theme parks in Asia, which forms the quantitative research method. Results, validated through Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), indicate that social impact and effort expectation contribute significantly to the overall travel experience which in turn fosters the enhancement of ICT use. A distinct effect of traveler experience, mediated by the development of routine ICT use in travelers, was also found. However, the tourism experience was not significantly influenced by performance expectations. In the effort to more visitor delight and digital adoption, this finding provides practical implications for the tourism industry by underlining the relevance of social participation and user-friendly digital platforms.

摘要
