摘要
Climate change is the greatest threat to human existence in recent times and perhaps the main threat to public health. To tackle this threat, laws, policies, agencies, and institutions have been enacted to mitigate and adapt to climate change. Nigeria has signed several international agreements and passed many domestic laws and policies to mitigate and adapt to climate change. This article will focus on the impact of climate change in Nigeria, the existing laws, policies, regulations, and institutions tackling climate change in Nigeria, and their effectiveness.
