Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks play a vital role in the success of businesses and society’s well-being. According to the literature, CSR activities include sustainable practices and philanthropy beyond legal requirements. ESG frameworks provide key sustainability dimensions and establish a roadmap to measure different companies’ performances. By offering structured steps and leading CSR toward a specific target, ESG naturally leads to both companies and their stakeholders for better performance. Collaboration of CSR and ESG principles can contribute to the solution of important societal and environmental issues and enhance consumer trust and loyalty. This is clearly seen when a company embraces eco-friendly production techniques, these efforts both boost brand reputation, customer satisfaction, and contribute to the well-being of society. Companies that encompass these values start a self-reinforcing cycle in which brands and consumers win. Hence, these principles are sources of competitive advantage in today's stakeholder-driven market. This chapter explores the impacts of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks on consumer well-being. The chapter begins with the clarification of the definitions of these concepts. Then, the theories and measurement methods are discussed. To exemplify the theoretical explanations, real-world practices (cutting down on carbon emissions, improving employee well-being, and engaging with local communities) are explained. Finally, future directions, challenges, and emerging trends are discussed.

摘要
