Scalable PLC-Based Transport System Control
摘要
The essence of this work is to present a universal PLC software concept and functional HMI visualisation for a modular transport line solution. The line consists of a series of independent modular roller conveyors and a turntable module combined into a coherent whole. The main part of the work was the development of a motion algorithm, but other functionalities of standard industrial facilities also had to be taken into account. The aim was also to develop a version of the program so that further transport modules could be added relatively easily. It was also important to have a flexible approach to the task in order to allow the proposed control to be applied in similar industrial systems.
