As a key component of urban infrastructure, urban underground pipe galleries are related to people’s livelihood and well-being. There are problems such as difficult planning, construction, monitoring, and maintenance. Based on digital twin technology, this article mainly uses the Lora communication protocol to achieve underground blind spot data transmission, cloud-based data controllable strategies to achieve automatic monitoring and early warning, and automatic real-time push of work orders. It creates a comprehensive smart pipe gallery with “one gallery, multiple warehouses, and one supervision,” providing theoretical and practical references for the design and implementation of smart pipe galleries.
