摘要

With the advent of the era of big data, the development of new urbanization continues to advance, and the functions and layout of the city itself are becoming more and more complex. Urban traffic planners are facing unprecedented challenges, and traditional traffic planning analysis techniques and methods have been difficult to cope with. How to give full play to the advantages of big data in data acquisition and analysis technology, promote the transformation of traditional traffic planning to dynamic process planning and digital planning, and realize the improvement of urban traffic planning technology and effect has become a difficult problem to be overcome in the planning field. In recent years, mobile phone signaling data has gradually emerged in the application of urban planning industry and has become one of the hot spots in planning research and application. This paper collects and preliminarily processes mobile phone signaling data through the intelligent footprint “extreme intelligence” DaaS platform and combines the urban comprehensive traffic planning system and application direction to screen and establish the application data set structure, including population analysis, urban travel, intercity travel, hub passenger flow analysis, scenic spot or other special place passenger flow analysis, traffic investigation and analysis of six categories and 14 subcategories, one by one given the “letter+number” identification code. ArcGIS is used to calculate and analyze various data sets and output map visualization. A set of application guidelines for mobile phone signaling data in traffic planning is collected and sorted out; the relevant data result standards are unified, and the processing, analysis, and application of mobile phone signaling data are standardized. It provides guidance and reference for traffic planning management-related technology research and planning application.
