Kitchen is a gathering area of grease and gas; the traditional kitchen environment is poor. People judge the kitchen environment through experience. In order to improve the kitchen environment, a smart kitchen environment monitoring system is designed based on the background of the Internet of Things (IoT). The system is based on the STM32 as the core, including the two parts: hardware side and the app side. The hardware side can monitor in real time the temperature and humidity, flooding, smoke, combustible gases, flames, and other data. The app side can monitor the kitchen environment, view the collected data of the kitchen environment, and monitor and control the kitchen environment manually or automatically through the threshold control, so as to realize the intelligentization of the kitchen environment monitoring. The wireless communication of the system is realized by using Zigbee technology, realizing multinode division of labor processing, and the interface is clear and easy to use.
