This chapter analyzes the interviews with founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders of Hidden Champions on focal strategic leadership items. Hidden Champions are differentiated in three types of companies: start-ups, scale-ups, and grown-ups. The found 96 focal items are structured in six sections: governance items, technical items, development items, cultural and mindset items, cooperation items, and diverse relevant issues. The analysis of the detailed description of focal items leads to a number of remarkable observations on the presence and impact they have in the different phases of development of Hidden Champions. One of important conclusions is that the building of leadership platforms, i.e., not to limit to solitary entrepreneurs, is considered as an essential condition for growth of the company.
