This chapter brings together the story of four companies identified as hidden champions within the hidden champions research wave conducted during 2022 and 2023 in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH). Even though the companies presented in this research come from different business sectors, they all exhibited several common features related to their business processes and management: authentic leadership, resilience in turbulent times, focus on innovation and sustainability, high-quality products and services, and supportive organizational culture. In addition, a common characteristic of all companies is an open, sincere, and developmental approach to employees. Companies encourage employees to play a vital role in various activities and develop creative ideas and solutions to challenges. Finally, due to their flexibility, persistence, and vision, hidden champions successfully overcame high-scale changes and challenges, transforming them into opportunities.
