This project focuses on building a system to detect helmets using the YOLO (You Only Look Once) model, a deep learning tool for spotting objects in real time across various vehicles. The key aim is to check if riders are wearing helmets. Beyond just detecting helmets, the system uses advanced technology for Vehicle number plate recognition. This feature helps identify and track the vehicles of people not wearing helmets. By combining these two tasks, the system helps traffic authorities better monitor helmet wearing rules. It also aids in taking specific actions against people who don’t follow these rules.
