This paper explains how to design and establish an automated DevOps pipeline which applies Jenkins alongside Docker integration with OWASP Dependency Check for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). The automated process through the pipeline enables web application development, testing and deployment with built-in security evaluation for software protection and regulatory compliance. A step-by-step sequence in the pipeline includes repository cloning followed by dependency installation and frontend/back-end design until reaching OWASP vulnerability testing before Docker deployment. The analyzed system proves its ability to develop more efficiently through protected source code systems and its deployment technology based on containers. Both security checks and Docker pipelines find their basis in available research for vulnerability prevention during the development timeline. The paper evaluates automation in modern software development and presents techniques for building safe deployment protocols that improve deployment scalability and operational efficiency.
