The increasing demand for structured and accessible data in construction has emphasized the need for digital integration strategies. Laboratory testing results are often managed through manual and fragmented processes. This article introduces a digital workflow developed under the BIM4LAB project. The methodology includes structuring test data into relation tables, importing them into Power BI, and connecting them to 3D BIM models via IFC files and visualization extensions. Instead of using BIM alone as a data repository, it is employed as a spatial reference to enhance access and contextual understanding of the information. A real infrastructure project is presented as a case study to validate the approach. This implementation led to clear improvements in data accessibility, and the ability to navigate technical results through intuitive dashboards. The approach is scalable and adaptable, contributing to ongoing digitalization in construction quality control and information management.
