This chapter unpacks a psychological and emotional relationship between an automated drone camera, dancers and artificial intelligence (AI) through a creative project that developed over seven days. It uses a creative project as a case study, viewing the drone camera as an artistic tool similar to a paintbrush. The artwork highlights how a focus on design and functionality can sometimes overlook important moral implications of power intrinsic to drone camera technology.
