The new drive is toward a sustainable future driven by advancing technological progress supported by factors such as innovation and environmental, social, and corporate governance considerations. Purpose-oriented Digital downtime in the Green Metaverse is also picking up Digital Twin in its data continuum harnessing. New data and computational thinking are getting aligned. Digital remote sensing in smart cities opens up dynamic urban eco-navigation opportunities, laying the foundation for a theory of sustainability to be harnessed, factorized, and enabled. The four key pillars towards sustainable inclusion factorization in the green metaverse have been identified as essential: algorithmic, capital, interconnectedness, and purpose-orientated sustainable pillars. In this pioneer unique conceptual paper, we present nine principles in sustainable inclusion driving factorization towards a Sustainable Purpose-driven Digital Metaverse and Virtual Worlds society, leading to the fulfillment of ethical guidelines that state that AI shall be developed for the Common Good and Aggregated Intelligence towards the Metaverse shall be leveraged towards Stewardship over Ownership. These principles are essential both for humanity’s transition towards AI Management of the World and for the sustainable development of the Green Metaverse as an ethical global common, guarded by Stewardship imposed over and above Ownership. Symbiotic Digital Immortality is no more a Futurologist Dream; it seems to become as feasible as the Engineer’s Dream through advancing Information and Communication Technologies. Its affinity rests to a missiological approach in the paradigm of Technology as Missiological Driver assisting the fulfillment of the purpose of life of the human species on earth with differentiation from advancing intelligent beings, as enshrined by the Higher Ethical- Moral Imperatives. The purpose alignment founds its philosophical roots on a Purpose-Driven Philosophy embedded within the AI-Based system that employs algorithms for Stewardship and Ethical Governance support system towards Digital Immortality from the Technology stand-point.
