Metaverse is increasingly emerging as a transformative digital environment that takes advantage of immersive technologies to enable virtual engagement and innovative forms of interaction. Its expansion effects are being felt in various industries, the financial sector is undergoing particularly notable changes. Technologies such as blockchain, digital assets, cryptocurrencies and decentralized finance (DEFI) are re-defining traditional financial structures, creating new structures for price exchange in virtual places. This chapter delays integration of intelligent systems with financial innovations in terms of metaverse, checks their ability to redefine financial services and promote a creative economy that combines virtual and real -world assets. A major challenge identified is the prevalent lack of a progressive mindset within the financial industry, which hinders the development of advanced capabilities and digitally operated economy, obstructing the distribution of customer-focused experiences.
