“Navigating the Modern Landslide”: The Agent-Based View Towards Supply Chain Immunity and Digital Twin Optimization—A Use Case with XMPro
摘要
Supply chain immunity and supply chain optimization are currently hot topics, on the back of digital twin transformation. The role of generative agents is steeped in the agent-based view; likewise, as a comparison, human behaviour is immersed in human agency. We predict that supply chains will begin to learn the same via generative agent interactions and observations in the setting of supply chains, much like human behaviour. Thus, this chapter seeks to put forward the concept of an agent-based view towards increasing supply chain optimization via a use case. There are four main themes of arrangement to this chapter, which encompass: (1) a discussion conceptualizing the notion of agent-based, supply chain immunity; (2) the application to theory relating to agentic; (3) presentation of a use case and examples; (4) a sum-up showing the application of agent-based view in supply chains via digital twins.
