The Role of Strategic HRM in Change Leadership: Driving Organizational Transformation
摘要
This study presents an analysis of the organizational change management model and the impact of strategic human resource management on change leadership and the organizational change management model. The methodology used involves case studies of acquisitions in supply chains within the markets of Central and Southeast Europe. The goal of this study is to develop a theoretical conceptual model of organizational change management through human resource management and change leadership during company transformations, with the purpose of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational change management. The findings suggest that there is a high level of influence between organizational change management and modern strategic human resource management during transformations, which further contributes to the development of both the theoretical and practical concepts of organizational change management. This study provides an overview of the development of the organizational change management model, offering a deeper understanding, guidance for decision-makers, leaders, and managers, and encouraging further research by scholars. The limitations of this study include its descriptive approach, the limited availability of literature, and the small sample size used in the case studies.
