User Experience (UX) researchers and software developers often struggle to efficiently translate customer requirements into high-fidelity designs and eventually functional prototypes. Miscommunication across these stages can cause delays, dissatisfaction, and potential revenue loss. This research addresses the issue by proposing a streamlined approach: directly converting low-fidelity user interface sketches into functional prototypes. Recent advancements in AI technology enable the transformation of hand-drawn or paper-based UX designs into interactive software with minimal manual effort. By leveraging these strengths, we propose a streamlined method that directly converts low-fidelity user interfaces into functional prototypes with minimal human input. This direct transformation method significantly reduces the time and communication needed between the design and implementation phases. It empowers teams to iterate more quickly, reduces development costs, and accelerates the overall product development cycle. This research highlights the potential of AI to bridge long-standing gaps in UX design workflows, making the journey from concept to prototype more efficient and accessible.
