A relevant role in the regulation of digital platform activities is entrusted to codes of conduct. These are drawn up by the online platforms themselves in the exercise of their private autonomy, but at the same time they are encouraged, promoted, and guided by EU legislation, thus acquiring the features of a weak form of juridicity that can be fully classified as soft law.
