By recording all user actions, the web generates new capital based on consumption rather than production. This heritage of humanity, documented in data, is renewable, shareable and fair. The chapter proposes to enhance it through humanistic platforms for fair redistribution, moving from welfare to webfare, a new instrument of social justice that starts from a reconceptualisation of the web, thanks to the transition from analogue to digital.
