The chapter proposes to analyse the tightness of the discipline on contract requirements in the digital reality, distinguishing between hypotheses that are still attributable to the will of the parties and those where, on the contrary, the entire transaction is governed by AI and where Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 offers a relevant interpretative cue.
