The purpose of this contribution is to analyse the events affecting platform contracts. The focus is on the constitutive, modifying and extinguishing moments of the contractual relationships, dwelling, in the light of the national and supranational regulations, on the various events, including those peculiar to digital realities, that affect, at one and the other moment, the relationships themselves and their effectiveness.
