Role of Digitalization in the Development of Training in Moroccan Banks

Digitalization has profoundly changed our economies and hence our processes and way of working in organizations. To this end, all the activities of the company, without exception, are changed (production, marketing, training…). In this context, the training strategy has undergone radical changes that disrupt the internal functioning of organizations. As a result, the current application of digitalization in training has created a new reality called e-learning. The latter has been the subject of much debate in the academic, political and economic environment. The objective of this article is to discuss and analyze the role of digitalization in improving training in Moroccan banks. A multi-method approach was adopted through a questionnaire survey of a sample of users of digital tools and semi-structured interviews with about ten practitioners in the banking sector. The Moroccan banks have therefore adopted this new approach and it has begun to gain momentum.
