Adapting the Scrum Methodology for Non-technical Projects: A BPMN-Based Approach

Non-technical projects, often overlooked in methodological discussions, encompass diverse activities such as marketing campaigns, event planning, and organizational strategy development. This paper defines non-technical projects, illustrates their processes using Business Process Model and Notation, and examines the application of Scrum methodology in their management. The paper also analyzes the interaction between the roles in non-technical projects and Scrum framework, offering insights into effective project management practice, The resistance to change, the investment needed to get a clear structure are the high lights challenges front of the spread of this method.
