This study evaluates the effectiveness of AI-enhanced e-learning platforms in improving language proficiency among vocational trainees in Morocco. The findings reveal significant improvements across key metrics, with speaking and comprehension showing the highest gains (50%) due to conversational AI tools that simulated real-world workplace scenarios and provided adaptive feedback. Sector-specific analysis indicates that customer-facing industries, such as tourism and hospitality, experienced the greatest benefits, while technical fields like engineering showed moderate progress due to the complexity of their vocabulary. Language-specific results: French achieved the most improved success rate (40%), followed by Spanish (57%) and English (50%), demonstrating AI’s adaptability to diverse professional needs. Despite various challenges, such as gaps in digital skills and limited infrastructure at training institutes, AI-powered platforms have bridged gaps in the linguistic field by offering scalable and flexible training solutions. This study highlights the transformative impact of AI in vocational language training, aligning educational practices with industry needs and improving workforce readiness.
