Artificial Intelligence and Social Innovation: Towards Inclusive and Sustainable Management Practices
摘要
The aim of this study is to discuss the increasing relevance of artificial intelligence in determining new trends in organizational dynamics, with particular attention to social innovation and the adoption of inclusive and sustainable managerial practices. Indeed, the implementation of AI in strategic and operative decisional processes provides new tools for companies to spur innovation, improve organizational efficiency, and adopt responsible and more equitable ways of managing. The study also underlines how important the managerial perception of things is in making an organization capable of harnessing AI with a view to creating positive social changes. While the findings confirm AI's potential to drive social innovation, limitations associated with sample size and data collection provide avenues for further research.
