Behind the doors of the NICU, you will meet doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, dieticians, ophthalmologists, auditory technicians, radiographers, students and trainees, psychologists and counsellors, social workers, and many others who form a dedicated and cohesive NICU team. Everyone follows their own unique path that lands them eventually in this unique place. The parents of the baby patient after spending time in the NICU naturally become part of the NICU team as they share with us the goal of providing their baby with the best care possible.
