Integrating Smart PSS and SCPS for Sustainable Manufacturing
摘要
This chapter connects the concept of sustainable Smart Product-Service Systems with Socio-Cyber- Physical Systems, in the context of the smart factory. We use the Service-Dominant logic lens to explain the linkages between these two paradigms, emphasizing how value is co-created by the interplay of the provider and the customer of a sustainable Smart Product-Service System, and by the collaboration of the smart factory manager and the users of Socio-Cyber-Physical Systems. By examining these linkages, the chapter highlights the emergence of new manufacturing paradigms such as smart manufacturing and on-demand manufacturing services. The study concludes that the convergence of sustainable Smart Product-Service Systems and Socio-Cyber-Physical Systems could significantly contribute to the transition towards more resilient, intelligent, and sustainable industrial systems, in which human and environmental factors are key to any manufacturing decisions.
