The article shows the variety of applications of fiber optic integrated control systems in the field of aircraft structures made of polymer composite materials. Perspective fiber optic systems are considered, as well as a number of their advantages in contrast to traditional sensors. The issues of merging the technology of micromechanical technology and instrumentation for the development and production of high- precision microsensors for aircraft and spacecraft are considered. The areas of application of such systems and directions of their development are shown.
