Features of the New Design of the Camshaft of Internal Combustion Engines
摘要
The article is devoted to the development of a new construction of a camshaft that regulates the synchronous operation of internal combustion engines. The new construction of the distribution punched shaft is aimed at solving the problem of improving the efficiency of the ICE by facilitating the repair of the worn surface of the parts during its operation, simplifying the repair technological process, and ensuring the return of the used distribution shaft to repeated operation. Since the failure of the distribution cam shaft is mainly due to wear of the working surfaces of the cams, the construction of the cam shaft is made of two parts of the cam shaft (with support collars) and cams that can be replaced during repair. In the article, the results of the fitting of new different construction camshaft and the development of fastening schemes are given.
