This article considers the process of training aviation personnel by means of intellectual technology of digital twins. The method and stages of creating digital twins of helicopter equipment units, such as interviewing aviation personnel to form scenarios of interaction with them, digitizing the images, building models in the three-dimensional plane and virtualization using artificial intelligence technology, are described. The authors also identify three main types of constraints in the realization of digital twins: fundamental, technical and economic. The result of the work is developed 5 digital doubles, which are successfully implemented at the enterprises of aviation industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
