Integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies with Quality 4.0 (Q4.0) technologies presents a transformative approach to corporate sustainability. While reducing CO₂ emissions and adopting cleaner energy are key environmental goals, the role of Q4.0 technologies in enhancing ESG strategies at operational levels remains insufficiently explored. This study addresses this gap by developing a method that leverages real-time data collection, advanced monitoring, and digital analytics to optimize ESG performance. Grounded in the Design Science Research (DSR) framework, the method follows a systematic design and validation process, ensuring industrial relevance through collaboration with local companies. Key challenges include establishing accurate ESG assessment metrics and integrating Q4.0 technologies into manufacturing processes. Unlike traditional sensor or software development research, this study emphasizes conceptual validation through real-world industrial testing, demonstrating scalability across manufacturing contexts. The proposed approach enhances resource efficiency, operational transparency, and competitive advantage, contributing to business performance and broader sustainability goals. Ultimately, this research supports industry improvements and societal sustainability efforts.

摘要
