Ulcerative Genital Dermatoses

This chapter explores the etiology, clinical presentation, and management of ulcerative genital lesions, focusing on lichen planus, aphthous ulcers including primary idiopathic and complex aphthous ulcers, Behçet’s disease, and Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) infections. It highlights the diagnostic challenges and differential diagnoses essential for accurate identification and treatment of these painful conditions.
