Breaking the Mold—My Personal Experience as a Woman in Engineering Technology
摘要
I have an untraditional engineering technology experience. I graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, interned, and worked full-time in an engineering technology role, and then pivoted to law school to practice patent law. My background in engineering technology set me up for a successful career in patent law, as I can work with engineers and inventors to help protect their innovations. My experiences in engineering technology have also taught me important life lessons, which I hope others in the field can benefit from as well.
