The human mind (German Geist) and energy (Tatkraft) can change the world for the better. With human rights and climate change, it is about the transformation of the economy. The corporation as a human corporation, formed with substance and led responsibly (see 2.2.2 ), ingeniously provides a financial instrument for this purpose. Good governance has to be established in a sustainable way as a field of law through reasonable financing and valuation, financial reporting and auditing (principle of reasonableness). On the basis of science and supported by technology, the human being makes reasonable decisions morally in the centre of life: Jurisprudence guides the way to the law as practised ethics. Globally, it is about an entrepreneurial culture of responsibility (unternehmerische Verantwortungskultur, see 1.3.1), individually and in community.
