Assessing the impact of Christian Conferencing requires more than just good intentions; it calls for concrete measures of transformation within a congregation. This chapter introduces methods for evaluating whether Christian Conferencing, when enhanced with Transformative Community Conferencing (TCC), effectively challenges white normativity and fosters a more inclusive and just faith community. Drawing from both qualitative and quantitative assessments, congregations can track their progress, ensuring that conversations lead to meaningful action rather than maintaining the status quo.
