We are in the era of digital transformation, where cloud computing technology has made a great impact on industry, business, and manufacturing. This technology enables companies to scale resources, reduce operational expenses, and improve collaboration across departments as well as global operations. We may say that cloud computing presents also challenges. These challenges are particularly prevalent in small and developing countries, where digital infrastructure and technology are still in their early stages of development. This paper examines the considerations for using and implementing cloud computing technology in Albania's manufacturing business. The focus is on small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We have analyzed the extent of cloud computing's impact on this business by showing the benefits and challenges faced through these companies. The paper shows that cloud computing technology usage has a very important role in this business. The benefits and measures taken to resolve issues have a minimal effect. This research contributes to companies, government institutions, and organizations that use digitalization to benefit in the manufacturing part and economic part. Also, we can say that it is important for researchers that consider the technology and its use in the work and research.
