The data was analyzed through regression analysis using SPSS software. The findings indicate that the use of the E-Kosova platform has contributed to enhancing public services. This conclusion is supported by the regression analysis, which shows that citizens’ satisfaction with public services delivered via e-Kosova has positively affected the efficiency of these services. The study also offers recommendations for improving the platform and addressing barriers to its adoption, aimed at informing policy and practice. A key contribution of this research is its exploration of how digitalization of public services influences citizen satisfaction, especially in the context of Kosovo, and provides a unique perspective on how digital platforms affect service delivery and user experiences in both urban and rural areas.
