Sustainable IOT Working in Cloud, Data Infrastructure and Security in Industry 6.0
摘要
Industry 6.0 represents a paradigm change toward intelligent, sustainable manufacturing ecosystems driven by edge computing, AI, and the IoT. IoT-driven infrastructures maximize production efficiency and help to achieve sustainability goals. Real time data processing is made possible by the combination of cloud computing with edge AI, which also lowers latency and energy usage while guaranteeing anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and autonomous decision-making. Scalable cloud platforms which handle massive industrial data volumes, and edge computing systems, which improve localized processing and lessen reliance on the cloud, are among the key technologies covered. To protect industrial data integrity, cybersecurity issues are present in networked IoT contexts, and we must fix with blockchain-based security frameworks and quantum encryption. Predictive analytics, real time anomaly detection, and intelligent robotics are the application of AI, ML, and RL in industrial data processing. To harmonize disparate IoT ecosystems, the importance of interoperability, middleware solutions, and standardized communication protocols like MQTT and CoAP is vital. The effect of these technological developments on sustainability, showing that intelligent IoT networks may optimize energy use, drastically cut down on resource use, and support a circular economy. Industry 6.0 is influencing manufacturing’s future through IoT-driven innovations that are intelligent, self-governing, and sustainable.
