Ensuring the security of networks, devices and software, timely detection of threats and response to incidents is a modern urgent task of information security at the state level. In the article provided a comprehensive methodology that integrates decision-making frameworks to enhance the effectiveness of training programs in the modern labor market. This methodology encompasses various components, including needs assessment, curriculum design, instructional strategies, and evaluation metrics. By employing a systematic approach, the article provides to optimize training outcomes and ensure that information security specialists are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to address contemporary security challenges. In the article implemented that the technology of ontological control model building process in information security. It consists of five continuous stages such as generation of knowledge area of educational and career trajectories, formation of a fuzzy set of educational and career trajectories and calculation of the indicator of compliance of the educational system for the training of an information security specialist. Author submitted that the target functionality will provide an extreme value of indicator of compliance and information security requirements. Experimental part consists of applying methodology of decision-making in information security specialist training management systems. It reveals a varied landscape of readiness across different roles within the field of information security.
