Enhancing Real Estate Asset Transfers with Blockchain: A Decentralized Protocol Approach
摘要
Traditional methods of managing and transferring land assets have depended on centralized systems, which are susceptible to fraud, inefficiency, and cyber-attacks. This study suggests a decentralized blockchain-based system for safe and open transfers of real estate assets. Through the use of blockchain technology, the system ensures an unchangeable and trust less land registration by doing away with the need for a middleman. Through the use of smart contract-based purchasing and selling protocols, users may safely register, validate, and manage their land assets on a decentralized ledger. The suggested solution greatly lowers the danger of fraud and unauthorized changes while improving data efficiency, security, and integrity. Furthermore, property ownership data are protected from external alterations and cyber threats by the incorporation of cryptographic techniques. The study assesses how well the system works to guarantee transaction transparency, cut down on processing time, and boost confidence in real estate transactions. The results demonstrate how blockchain technology can completely transform land governance by providing a scalable and impenetrable framework for managing real estate assets.
