One of the defining features of reglobalization is its function as a corrective and managerial process within globalization, prioritizing the centrality of individuals. A key objective of this paradigm is the implementation of practical strategies to advance sustainable human development, ensuring active citizen participation in decision-making while fostering global partnerships that enhance transnational cooperation. This chapter examines reglobalization through a human-centric lens, positing respect for human dignity as the foundational principle guiding all related actions. Drawing on documentary research, the study underscores the imperative of placing the needs of world citizens at the forefront of interactions between public and private sector actors, as well as within community dynamics. Such an approach is essential for achieving a form of reglobalization that is both inclusive and ethically grounded, contributing to a just world order. The analysis is structured in two parts. First, it explores the conceptual interplay between reglobalization and political cosmopolitanism, emphasizing the need to reconceptualize citizenship in a globalized context. Second, it reflects on the notion of world citizenship, united by the universal principle of human dignity. This principle must serve as the cornerstone of initiatives in a reglobalized world, ensuring the protection of human rights, equitable social development, and inclusive growth, where the individual is recognized as an integral part of the collective. By adopting this framework, reglobalization can evolve into a transformative force that harmonizes economic, political, and social dimensions while upholding justice and equality.

摘要
