From a theoretical point of view, there is no doubt about the advantages that, in most aspects, could be derived from re-globalization. The ambitions of the Russian Federation to recover the territorial extent and military power that the Soviet Union possessed during the Cold War have created a situation of constant tension and armed conflict in Europe, comparable in many aspects to the same Cold War.

From a theoretical point of view, there is no doubt about the advantages that, in most aspects, could be derived from re-globalization.
