Engage, Satisfy, Retain: A Mediational Study of HR Administrative Staff

The Human Resources (HR) department is a department which works in the background to make the organisation sustain in the market with enhanced performance of the employees. The HR department handles the smooth work life of the employees from all other departments sin an organisation, and most of the research works concentrate on how the HR enhances the performance of the organisation, but fewer research works circulate the self-satisfaction for eh employees who work in the HR department and handle all other departments. In developing nations such as India, the HR departments are often seen to be neglected when compared to the other departments. Present research aims to explore the triaxial status between job satisfaction, employee engagement and intention to leave under the influence of the demographic variables, where it is seen that most of the HR employees working in the corporates health sector have shown job dissatisfaction, less employee engagement and are lean towards stronger intention to leave rather stay.
